This refund policy applies only to Web Design and Web Development services provided by Dream2Web, including services offered through www.dream2web.com, owned and managed by Dream2WebⓇ. At Dream2Web, we take every project seriously with a focus on the final deliverable. We strongly believe in resolving issues through mutual discussion. Refunds should only be considered when all efforts to reach a satisfactory solution have failed.
Before submitting a refund request, we request you to contact us at info@dream2web.com for a final discussion. Only if a mutual resolution cannot be reached should a refund claim be filed.
In case of dedicated hiring services, refunds are handled as follows:
Dream2Web will inform you within 72 working hours, where legally permitted, in the event of any administrative or judicial request relating to your personal data, or in case of a data breach or potential threat that may compromise personal information collected by us.
A project shall not be considered void or cancelled unless all agreed payments are fully cleared by the client. The refund policy shall not be applicable if the client fails to provide the required information, content, approvals, or inputs necessary for project completion within the agreed timelines. Any delays caused due to improper, delayed, or incomplete communication from the client through any mode, including but not limited to chat, messages, phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp, shall not be attributed to Dream2Web.
Dream2Web's liability is strictly limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project, as defined in the approved proposal. Refunds shall be applicable only if project cancellation is formally communicated in writing by the client. Dream2Web shall not be held liable for any incorporation, feature, service, or obligation that has not been explicitly mentioned in the approved proposal, signed agreement, or any official business document. Any request or expectation not documented in writing shall be considered outside the scope of responsibility. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in circumstances, the terms outlined in the legally signed A documents-such as the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or signed proposal-shall prevail and be considered final and binding. Dream2Web, acting as a sole consultant, shall not be liable for any claims arising beyond the scope of these legally executed documents.
If a client is deemed eligible for a refund, Dream2Web reserves the exclusive right to review and evaluate the request for a period of up to 30 working days. Any refund shall be processed only after formal approval and confirmation by Dream2Web’s senior management, legal advisor, and proprietor, and such confirmation shall be communicated exclusively through Dream2Web’s official email ID: info@dream2web.com. Upon such confirmation, the approved refund amount, if any, will be processed within 45 working days from the date of confirmation and shall be credited only to the same bank account or payment method from which the original payment was received.
Dream2Web reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time(Last Updated 2 april 2025). Any changes will be published exclusively on the Dream2Web website along with the effective date of revision. Continued use of our website or services after such updates are posted shall be deemed and as acceptance of the revised policy.
Note: All terms and conditions will be under Delhi of jurisdiction and shall be subject to the exclusive authority of Dream2Web management(2026).
