Our refund policy has been devised to clearly define the situations under which Dream2Web will provide a refund, the procedure for requesting a refund, and the responsibilities of Dream2Web in circumstances resulting in such a claim. By registering for any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy. All information collected by Dream2Web is used to improve our website content, inform clients about service updates, or resolve issues related to client requests. Coverage & Scope

This refund policy applies only to Web Design and Web Development services provided by Dream2Web, including services offered through www.dream2web.com, owned and managed by Dream2WebⓇ. This policy does not apply to: Companies not owned or controlled by Dream2Web Individuals not employed by Dream2Web Third-party service providers, tools, plugins, hosting providers, or software External or third-party websites linked from the Dream2Web website

Filing a Complaint

At Dream2Web, we take every project seriously with a focus on the final deliverable. We strongly believe in resolving issues through mutual discussion. Refunds should only be considered when all efforts to reach a satisfactory solution have failed.

Before submitting a refund request, we request you to contact us at info@dream2web.com for a final discussion. Only if a mutual resolution cannot be reached should a refund claim be filed.

Eligibility for Refund

Website Designing / Website Development / Graphic Designing
  • Full Refund: Not applicable under any circumstances.
  • Partial Refund: Applicable only if no response is provided by Dream2Web through any communication channel (message, chat, WhatsApp, or call) within 7 days from the project start date (After Advance Amount Received). The refund amount will be proportional to the work completed.
  • No Refund: Applicable if work has started on the client’s live domain, or if the project has been completed and uploaded to the server.
Application Development
  • Full Refund: Not applicable under any circumstances.
  • Partial Refund: Applicable only if Dream2Web fails to provide any project update or communication to the client within 7 days from the project start date. In such cases, the refund (if any) will be discussed mutually and will be proportional to the work completed.
  • No Refund: Applicable once work has started on the project, including development, testing, or deployment. No refund shall be applicable for work done on existing applications, enhancements, modifications, or changes to any ongoing or completed project.
Digital Marketing (SEO / SMO / Google Ads / Meta Ads)
  • Minimum Service Period: All digital marketing services are offered with a mandatory minimum commitment of 1 year.
  • Advance Payment: Clients must pay an advance of 3 months before the commencement of any service.
  • Trial Period: A trial period may be provided based on mutual agreement for 3 days, 7 days, or a maximum of 1 month, solely for service evaluation.
  • No Refund Policy: No refund will be provided under any circumstances once the trial period has started, regardless of trial duration (3 days, 7 days, or 1 month).
  • Service Activation: Any activity including strategy planning, account setup, keyword research, content creation, ad creatives, or campaign activation during the trial period will be treated as service initiation.
  • Post-Trial Continuation: After completion of the trial period, services will continue as per the agreed annual plan, and all payments made shall remain strictly non-refundable.

Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing)

In case of dedicated hiring services, refunds are handled as follows:

  • Full Refund: If the assigned resource has not started work.
  • Proportionate Refund: Based on the amount of work completed until cancellation.
  • No Refund: For services already rendered. Any dissatisfaction must be reported immediately to the project manager.

Data Breach

Dream2Web will inform you within 72 working hours, where legally permitted, in the event of any administrative or judicial request relating to your personal data, or in case of a data breach or potential threat that may compromise personal information collected by us.

Applicability of Delivery Policy

A project shall not be considered void or cancelled unless all agreed payments are fully cleared by the client. The refund policy shall not be applicable if the client fails to provide the required information, content, approvals, or inputs necessary for project completion within the agreed timelines. Any delays caused due to improper, delayed, or incomplete communication from the client through any mode, including but not limited to chat, messages, phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp, shall not be attributed to Dream2Web.

Limitation of Liability

Dream2Web's liability is strictly limited to the value of the incomplete portion of the project, as defined in the approved proposal. Refunds shall be applicable only if project cancellation is formally communicated in writing by the client. Dream2Web shall not be held liable for any incorporation, feature, service, or obligation that has not been explicitly mentioned in the approved proposal, signed agreement, or any official business document. Any request or expectation not documented in writing shall be considered outside the scope of responsibility. In the event of any discrepancy or difference in circumstances, the terms outlined in the legally signed A documents-such as the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or signed proposal-shall prevail and be considered final and binding. Dream2Web, acting as a sole consultant, shall not be liable for any claims arising beyond the scope of these legally executed documents.

Processing of Refunds

If a client is deemed eligible for a refund, Dream2Web reserves the exclusive right to review and evaluate the request for a period of up to 30 working days. Any refund shall be processed only after formal approval and confirmation by Dream2Web’s senior management, legal advisor, and proprietor, and such confirmation shall be communicated exclusively through Dream2Web’s official email ID: info@dream2web.com. Upon such confirmation, the approved refund amount, if any, will be processed within 45 working days from the date of confirmation and shall be credited only to the same bank account or payment method from which the original payment was received.

Changes to This Policy

Dream2Web reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time(Last Updated 2 april 2025). Any changes will be published exclusively on the Dream2Web website along with the effective date of revision. Continued use of our website or services after such updates are posted shall be deemed and as acceptance of the revised policy.

Note: All terms and conditions will be under Delhi of jurisdiction and shall be subject to the exclusive authority of Dream2Web management(2026).
